LS-308 Automatic Bead Size Sorting Machine Sieving Machine

The automatic bead sieving machine was designed to sieve different sizes of round stone bead automatically, normally we adjust the machine pipe one side narrow, the other side wide, the side near the feeding postion should be narrow, so come out first those small beads, and bigger bead would go with the pipe and come out later.
The machine is upgraded from LS-307 vibration sieving machine, which sorting beads with a sieve, LS-308 sorting beads without any sieve.
Adjustable feeding speed by the vibration plate, adjustable speed for the stainless steel pipe.

Step one:Use 24'' slab saw cut the big rock into small size rock(LS-001-24-A)
Step two:Use 16'' multi blade slab cutting machine, cut small size rock into slabs(LS-002-A)
Step three:Use automatic cut slab into strips machine(LS-006-A)
Steph four:Use automatic cut strips into stone cube(LS-006-B)
Step five:Use stone bead chamfer machine, remove the sharp corner of the bead

Step seven:Use high precision stone bead milling machine, make bead perfect round

Step nine:Use vibration tumbler polishing machine, polish the drilled beads, make it shiny enough.
