Rubber Coated Vibratory Drum Tumbler used for tumbled stone, vibratory machines have an action that rapidly rubs the stones together, the rubber(black rubber) coated bowl will shake over 3000 vibrations per minute.
The shaking causes the stone to rapidly slide back and forth with abrasive, which grind the surface smooth.
The polishing process will be automatic, put stone, abrasive, polishing powder(from coarse to fine silicon carbide) together, and watch the surface change regularly
Widely used for gemstone like jade, agate, crystal, amber and glass.
