Lotustep Heavy duty gem shaping machine works with a diamond shaping wheel, it can make stone into different shapes with size you want, such as round bead, flat bead, round cab, oval cab, cylinder, egg and heart.
Used for different hardness stone, like jade, agate, crystal, quartz, shell, turquoise and fossi, we suggest diamond grit 60/80 for very hard stone like agate and quartz, grit 180/220 for soft stone like natural turquoise.
The stone would fix with a clamp, clamp always rotating when the machine working, the rotating speed variable to suit different stone hardness, we suggest start with slow speed for preshaping.
Standard machine max cutting stone width 50-60 mm, middle size machine max stone width can be 100mm, the largest model can carry stone width 150mm.
