This machine used for different kinds of gemstone, like jade, agate, quartz, crystal, fossi and gemstone rough stone slab cutting, can cut rough stone into 4-18 pcs of slab at a time with same thickness, slab thickness can be 6,8,10,12,15,20 mm as request.Slab thickness decided by the gaps between two diamond blades, we name it blade spacer, material should be Aluminum, it is light in weight and can help decrease the pressure on the blade shaft, we use 7.5mm blade spacer to cut 6mm slab, use 11.5mm blade spacer to cut 10mm slab.
It can load 4-18 pcs of diamond blade at a same time, blade quantity decided by the slab thickness to cut, larger the thickness, less the blade quantity.
Standard blade to use 14'', max can used with 16'', 16'' cutting slab not as perfect as 14'', bigger the blade size, less stability.
Stone clamp would move forward and back automatically, make the cutting faster

If you want to cut 4mm slab, make the separator 5.5 mm

cut 10 mm slab, make the separator 11.5 mm

Economy, Notched rim diamond blade, used for medium hardness stone, like jade

Diamond Segment Blade B to use

For stone with high hardness, like agate, quartz
