Bead size can be 1.8-22 mm, drilling hole size can be 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0/2.5 mm, it can drill 210 pcs 4mm bead, 121 pcs 6mm bead, 85 pcs of 8mm bead, 55 pcs of 10mm bead at a time.
Put the round bead in the middle of up mold(needle mold) and lower mold(Bead holder), the drilling needle would drill through, lower mold size should be same as bead size, like 8mm bead use 8mm lower mold, the up mold should same size as drilling hole size, like drilling hole should be 0.8mm, then use the 0.8mm up mold.
For bead shape, it can be round(mostly use), also chip beads, flat beads.
Donot forget to use silicon carbide as a drilling media in water.

correspond with hole drilling size(Drilling needle size),can be 0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0 mm

The needle will go through the upper die,and the bead is between upper die and lower die

Solder pin mold

put the drilling needle on the soler pin mold,and weld the needle to drilling head

Connected with the Ultrasonic transducer,we suggest different drilling size use separate drilling head
