LS-470 Multi Needle Ultrasonic Drilling Machine

Multi needle ultrasonic drilling machine was designed to drill many stone bead size 1.8-22 mm at a time.
Ultrasonic drilling machine work with 15 KHz 1800w ultrasonic generator, based on high frequency vibration,  it can drill the beads easily normally within 15-20 minutes,

widely used for stone bead like jade bead, crystal bead, quartz bead and glass bead.
Bead size can be 1.8-22 mm, drilling hole size can be 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0/2.5 mm, it can drill 210 pcs 4mm bead, 121 pcs 6mm bead, 85 pcs of 8mm bead,

55 pcs of 10mm bead at a time.
Put the round bead in the middle of up mold(needle mold) and lower mold(Bead holder), the drilling tips would drill through, lower mold size should be same as bead size,

like 8mm bead use 8mm lower mold, the up mold should same size as drilling hole size,

like drilling hole should be 0.8mm, then use the 0.8mm up mold.
For bead shape, it can be round(mostly use), also chip beads, flat beads.
Donot forget to use silicon carbide as a drilling media in water.
