The gem faceting machine is used for gem processing and beneficiation grinding samples,with stable operation and low noise under the condition of high-speed operation.
Brief introduction about parameters:
1. The grinding machine and the tripod are integrated design, and the reasonable tool position is designed, which makes it easy to access various tools during operation and use;
2. Designed a circulating water supply system, which can precisely adjust the water flow speed. There is no need to continuously add water during use, and there is no need to install indoor water and drainage systems;
3. Lighting system: equipped with 8W high-brightness LED surface light source;
4. Tool storage: The workbench is equipped with a metal storage cabinet, which is suitable for storing tools and consumables such as octagonal hands and grinding discs;
5. This equipment uses numerical control to accurately control the height of the lifting platform, and can save the angle values of multiple levels at the same time;

8. The spindle motor is also equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation function, which is convenient for users to grind different types of gem materials when they need different motor speed problems;
9. This equipment adopts a 2-axis mechanical motion control platform, namely X-Axis and Z-Axis. The Z-Axis uses a stepping motor to subdivide and drive the screw.
