LS-300-2-C Dual Motor Stone Bead Milling Machine
1.Used for stone/wood bead rough grinding and milling, suitable for different kinds of bead, like jade, amber, turquoise, coral.
2. It is the upgraded version of bead milling machine(LS-300-2), it combine the advantage of round bead milling machine and high precision bead machine.
3.Run with the bottom diamond plate and upper cover, there is an iron plate between upper cover and bottom plate, put the bead in the hole of iron plate, rotation direction of upper cover and bottom plate is opposite.
5.Upper cover can adjust the pressure, keep the pressure the same all the time to reduce the damage to the bead caused by the unstable pressure, stable pressure can protect the bead well.
6.Dual motor drive machine, has a higher efficiency than bead milling machine(LS-300-2), it takes only 5-10 miutes to finish the stone bead milling, save time and higher finished bead rate. Appropriate for different kinds of hard and soft stone, like amber, turquoise, easily broken coral

Step one:Use 24’’ slab saw cut the big rock into small size rock
Step two:Use 16’’ multi blade slab saw cut small size rock into same thickness slab
Step three:Use automatic strip stick grain cutting machine,cut slab into strips, then cut the strips into grain like. Step four:Use stone bead chamfer machine,remove the sharp corner of the bead.
Step five:Use rough stone bead milling machine,preliminary molding
Step Six:Use fine stone bead milling machine,fine molding
Step Seven:Use ultrasonic drilling machine,can drill many beads at one time automatically
Step Eight:Use vibration tumbler polishing machine,polish the drilled beads,make it bright.
