Spiral automatic stone bead milling machine was deisgned for stone bead mass production sized 5-14mm, but coarse milling.
Automatic feeding, varible feeding speed, bead will come out automatically from the machine, the working stroke for each bead is same,

so the accuracy would be no big difference.
Varibale speed for the upper diamond plate and lower diamond plate to suit different stone bead hardness, used for jade, agate, crystal, quartz, coral bead making.
Diamond plate Grit to choose from 45/60/80/100/120/150/180/220, decided by the stone hardness, we suggest grit 80/100 for very hard stone like jade and agate,

grit 240 for stone like natural turquoise.
We suggest this automatic bead milling machine for huge quantity demand, the machine can make 150-200KG 6mm agate bead(10 hours)

Step one:Use 24'' slab saw cut the big rock into small size rock(LS-001-24-A)
Step two:Use 16'' multi blade slab cutting machine, cut small size rock into slabs(LS-002-A)
Step three:Use automatic cut slab into strips machine(LS-006-A)
Steph four:Use automatic cut strips into stone cube(LS-006-B)
Step five:Use stone bead chamfer machine, remove the sharp corner of the bead
