Automatic Oil Sealed Stone Cutting Machine, used for jade, agate, quartz, crystal and fossi slab cutting. Put the rough stone in, come out the finished cutted slabs with same thickness. Max stone size can be 16''x8''x6'' (400x220x160 mm) Length x Width x Thickness
Whole process automatic, mostly widely used in agate slab cutting factory for now, the most popular machine.
Automatic drop saw, diamond blade up & down controlled by a Hydraulic system, up down speed can adjust according to different stone hardness. Automatic stop after all slices with function of sensor, no need people stand by whole cutting process.
Stone clamp would move automatically the stroke as programmed after one slice, like 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm.
With a lid protect from noise and oil/water splash, with overload protection, one people can take care 4-6 machines at a time.
Standard blade size 20''(500 mm), we can adjust the machine to suit 24''(600 mm) diamond blade
Recommend used with oil better, you can use water instead
