LS-300-2-C Dual Drive Stone Bead Milling Machine

Dual Drive stone bead milling machine is upgraded from LS-300-2-A single drive bead milling machine, it combines the advantage of coarse stone bead milling machine and high precison bead milling machine. Work with 2 motors, one for main motor(diamond plate), one for upper plate. Work with a diamond plate and a iron plate, put beads in the iron plate holes, rotation direction for upper plate and diamond plate is opposite.
The machine can used for hard stone bead milling, also material soft in hardness, like amber, turquoise, lapis, coral and material easy to break when milling, as the pressure of the upper plate can adjust by the top screw, stable pressure can help protect the bead well when running.
It takes 5-10 minutes to finish bead milling process, you can use this milling machine for stone bead coarse and fine milling use.
Diamond plate Grit to choose from 45/60/80/100/120/150/180/220, decided by the stone hardness, we suggest grit 80/100 for very hard stone like jade and agate, grit 240 for stone like natural turquoise.

Steph four:Use automatic cut strips into stone cube(LS-006-B)
Step five:Use stone bead chamfer machine, remove the sharp corner of the bead
