LS-300-3-B Adjustable Speed High Precision 4-50MM Stone Sphere Making Machine

This machine is widely used for those not perfect round bead, get into perfect round bead in a mass, used for stone bead, glass bead, epoxy resin bead, ceramics bead.
Bead size can be 4-50mm, machine will work with 2 pcs of diamond plate, up diamond plate and lower diamond plate, the up diamond plate is fixed, the lower diamond plate works with variable speed to suit different bead hardness. Put beads in the plate, adjust the gap between the 2 diamond plates, one time can mill hundreds of bead depend on size, milling time depend on how round initial bead, normally 3-10 minutes.
Diamond plate Grit to choose from 45/60/80/100/120/150/180/220, decided by the stone hardness, we suggest grit 80/100 for very hard stone like jade and agate, grit 240 for stone like natural turquoise.

Step one:Use 24'' slab saw cut the big rock into small size rock(LS-001-24-A)
Step two:Use 16'' multi blade slab cutting machine, cut small size rock into slabs(LS-002-A)
Step three:Use automatic cut slab into strips machine(LS-006-A)
Steph four:Use automatic cut strips into stone cube(LS-006-B)
Step five:Use stone bead chamfer machine, remove the sharp corner of the bead

Step seven:Use high precision stone bead milling machine, make bead perfect round

Step nine:Use vibration tumbler polishing machine, polish the drilled beads, make it shiny enough.
